Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro, no card asked. After that it is Free, unless you choose Pro. Going back to Free never deletes or hides anything: past a limit, only new things wait.

How billing works
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle sells the subscription, charges your card or PayPal, handles tax and sends the invoices.
- Cancel any time from your account page. Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace is Free.
- If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays for 14 days while Paddle tries again. If it still fails, the workspace is Free until it is paid.
- Downloading all your data (JSON or spreadsheets) and deleting your account are open to every plan, always.
